Fedora package

We don't have a binary ready for this system yet, but thanks to Shakthi Kannan, it is on the way. See: ​https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=665877

Once reviewed and approved, [the package] will be available for both Fedora and EL-6. Fedora packages are also available for ​RHEL. Since, CentOS takes it from RHEL, they are compatible.

So, just a matter of time before freeDiameter is included in all these distributions.
