Fedora package

Thanks to the continued effort from ​Shakthi Kannan, freeDiameter is now distributed as an optional package of Fedora and RHEL distributions.

You can see the information on this package status here: ​https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/freeDiameter

In order to install freeDiameter on these systems, simply run the following commands:

$ sudo yum update
$ sudo yum install freeDiameter
